Ingredients:
- Frozen berries mix - 1.5 cups
- Banana - 1
- Pitted dates - 2
- Almond milk - 1 cup
- Sage & Folly Coco Almond Chocolate - 1 tsp
- Raw cacao powder - 1/2 tsp (optional)
- To garnish add,
- Sage & Folly Coco Almond Chocolate - 1/2 tsp
- Walnuts - 2-3 halves
- Chia seeds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds mix - 1 tsp
- Black raisins - 2-3 pcs
- Raw cacao powder - just a sprinkle
- Freshly chopped strawberries and blueberries (you may use fruits of your choice) - 3-4 pcs
Method:
- For the almond milk: You may use 1 tbsp of Sage & Folly Almond Cinnamon. Add to it 1/3 cup water and blend well.
- For the smoothie bowl: Blend the ingredients mentioned above well together. Keep the consistency slightly thick.
- Garnish it with the above-mentioned relevant ingredients.
