Ingredients:
- Bunch of baby spinach - 1
- Mushroom - 6 to 7
- Sage & Folly Cashew Pepper Punch - 1.5 tsp
- Sliced sourdough bread
- Sage & Folly salted Sunflower
Method:
- Blanch spinach and mushroom. Add to it 1.5 tsp of the Sage & Folly Cashew Pepper Punch. Mix well. Spinach and mushroom both release water, so no need to add additional water to the mix.
- Toast a slice of sourdough
- Spread on it the Sage & Folly Salted Sunflower
- Top it with the prepped spinach and mushroom
- Ready to serve and relish
